The Ombudsman Service is an exclusive channel for communication between you and Votorantim Group to address issues relating to the Code of Conduct, which contains the principles and guidelines that serve as a compass for the Group’s relations with all stakeholders.

Votorantim’s Ombudsman is a public channel open to everyone inside and outside the organization. Its purpose is to learn, listen, analyze and resolve all issues relating to the Code of Conduct. The Ombudsman’s Office guarantees privacy and confidentiality. No information supplied is ever disclosed, and nor are the identities of the people involved. The Ombudsman ensures that complaints, suggestions and criticisms are treated at the appropriate level within the organization.
