Silo shipping from plant

Silo delivery at construction site: silo is delivered and positioned at construction site, in a previously defined area by both Votomassa and the client.

Gear delivery: mixing equipment and accessories will be assembled and installed by the Votomassa Matrix System assembling area.

Silo fill-up: The silo will be filled-up at the construction site by the bulk tanker truck, with periodic replenishments, as the job moves on.

Workers training: during supply, technical support will provide the workers training, regarding gear operation.

Operation: the worker will be skilled to operate the Matrix System gear. See below the system supply options.

Continuous mixture non-pumped system - D40
With the D40 mixer attached to the silo, the mortar is dosed and mixed in the base, and then transported by hand or mechanically to the application area.

Continuous mixture pumped system - D30
A pneumatic system transports dry mortar to the D-30 mixer, positioned in the application area, where it will receive the exact water quantity and continuous mixture, ready for application by hand.

Continuous mixture pumped system with projection: Duomix
A pneumatic system transports dry mortar to the Duomix mixer / projector, positioned at the application area, where it will receive the exact water quantity and continuous mixture, ready for the direct projection on the wall.
